Til vårt team i Bergen søker vi nå en erfaren teknisk prosjektingeniør som vil være del av vårt Project Execution Team. Teamet leverer både løsninger og kompetanse innen hardware og software for både nye prosjekter og modernisering av automasjonsteknologi for kunder. Du blir en sentral nøkkelperson i ett eller flere prosjektteam bestående av prosjektleder og teknisk utførende.


Dine viktigste ansvarsområder vil være teknisk prosjektering, ledelse og rådgivning av våre prosjekter fra tidlig prosjektering til ferdigstillelse, i tett samarbeid med kommersiell prosjektleder og øvrige funksjoner i prosjektene. Du er teknisk interessert og en lagbygger som tar ansvar for både teknisk løsning og daglig fremdrift i prosjekter. Du motiveres av å bidra til at vi er i en stadig positiv utvikling ved å se etter områder hvor vi kan bli bedre.

Du vil bidra til å gi innspill til kontinuerlig forbedring og standardisering i prosjektgjennomføring og de tekniske løsningene våre.

Dine primære ansvarsområder omfatter:

  • Prosjektering, oppfølging og teknisk engineering av automasjonssystemer i bygg
  • Bistå i tilbudsprosesser
  • Kundekontakt og oppfølging av egne oppdrag
  • Samhandling rundt løsning og gjennomføring med eksterne aktører i prosjektet
  • Oppfølging og delegering av arbeidspakker og gjøremål
  • Sørge for god HMS og kvalitet i henhold til avtalt scope, tidsfrister og kundens forventninger
  • Være et bindeledd mellom kommersiell prosjektleder og teknisk utførende team


For å lykkes i stillingen trenger du solid erfaring fra byggautomasjon, relevant erfaring med tekniske systemer, og høyere utdanning eller fagbrev. Du har gode kommunikasjonsferdigheter og språkkunnskaper innen norsk og engelsk. Som person motiveres du av å ha mange baller i luften samtidig, og trives i rollen som både fagspesialist og pådriver. Gjennomføringsdyktighet, struktur og løsningsordientering er en forutsetning. Du trives med å jobbe selstendig og både i interne og eksterne tverfaglige team. Kjennskap til rør, ventilasjon, elektor og VVS er en fordel, men ikke et krav. Generell interesse for tekniske løsninger innenfor system og hardware er en forutsettning for å lykkes.
