ABOUT THE ROLEAs Mobile Product Manager at Elfie, based out of our Paris office, your role is critically responsible for developing user-centric digital solutions that drive health engagement and solve complex user pain points across the various existing and upcoming features/programs within the Elfie app.

- Define product strategy and roadmap to achieve KPIs
- Gather requirements and prioritize features
- Lead cross-functional collaboration with other teams
- Oversee user experience and testing
- Manage product launches and lifecycle
- 5+ years of experience in a mobile product management role.
- 3+ years of experience managing a B2C product with a monthly active user base exceeding 500,000+
- Figma is a must (for wireframing and flowing) and has a good UI/UX.
- Strong understanding of mobile industry trends, best practices, and user experience.
- Excellent in English for working with global stakeholders.
- Experience in early-stage startups is a must.
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
- Experience in digital health & wellness is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering is a plus
