We are now looking for a Product Manager. You will be an integral part of our product management team working together with our Head of Product.

About The Job

As a Product Manager, you will be at the heart of our product development process, working as part of a cross-functional team. Working with the head of product, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring alignment with our growth objectives. This role is an individual contributor role (like other roles in the product teams), not a management role. You will need to be able to influence your teammates, as well as colleagues, stakeholders, and key executives, through your use of data and logic.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Drive Customer-Centric Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that meet real customer needs, leveraging data and feedback to inform decisions and prioritize features that enhance user experience and engagement.
  2. Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive product development and successful go-to-market execution.
  3. Shape Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap in alignment with company goals, and help continuously refine the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Head of Product and leadership.
  4. Champion Growth and Experimentation: Implement growth-focused initiatives and experimentation strategies to drive product performance, user acquisition, and engagement.
  5. Ensure Market Fit and Value Delivery: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to ensure your team builds valuable, strategic, and market-ready solutions.
About You

We're looking for someone with solid experience in product management—ideally from a startup or other fast-moving environment. You should be comfortable working with data to guide decisions, and able to communicate clearly and collaborate across teams. If you thrive in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial setting and care deeply about building products that truly deliver value to customers, we'd love to hear from you. Let's break it down with a few quick bullets—here's what we'll be looking for in your resume:

  • 2–3 years of experience in a similar role (Product Manager)
  • International experience
  • Background from technology-powered products
This Is What We Can Offer

We are a fun-loving team of people from different backgrounds, with different likes and personalities. Between us you will find people who: love cross-country skiing, enjoy cooking new dishes, play frisbee golf, and DJ on the weekend. So what do we have in common? We support each other, love solving customer problems, and want to drive positive change in the world. In addition to a great team we can also offer you:

  • A tailored position based on your level of experience
  • Chance to get in early in a young, fast-growing startup with an existing global reach
  • Competitive salary with an option scheme to take part in our future success
  • Steep learning curve and ability to take on increasingly larger roles as the company grows
  • Work-life balance with support to work from anywhere weeks
