Oslo, Oslo County, Norway Sensio NO Full time

Sensio is a Nordic leader in healthcare technology, solving today's and tomorrow's challenges in elderly care. Our mission is to create sensors, systems, and platforms that radically improve healthcare quality and efficiency - helping the sector embrace technology and provide #MoreTimeForCare.

Sensio is on an ambitious journey, expanding from being the leading tech company in Scandinavia in the elderly care space to becoming a trusted transformation partner across Europe. A key part of our product strategy is to evolve the Sensio 365 suite into the leading platform in connecting and enabling "the full ecosystem" of sensors and surrounding IT systems. As we expand into new markets the importance of rapidly building new integrations and forming new partnerships becomes a critical success factor. To deliver on this need, Sensio is investing in dramatically expanding our integration capacity and capability, and is now hiring a Product Manager.

As Product Manager for the Ecosystem and Integrations team, you will be responsible for realizing an important part of our product vision. You will lead the development of our ecosystem of partnerships and own Sensio's partnership programs, enabling partners to effectively integrate with the Sensio platform. You will also own Sensio's in-house integration work towards third-party systems like EPR solutions, Identity solutions, legacy nurse call solutions, etc. We foresee creating an "integration factory" where we can quickly create new integrations that fuel our business and enable quick entry into new markets.

We are looking for a Product Manager who bridges business development skills with fluency in API-driven integrations and lower-level integrations, and who can work effectively with developers to deliver scalable solutions. The role reports to the Group Product Manager for Sensio 365 and is located at Sensio HQ at Møllergata 4.

Responsibilities

  • Develop a product strategy and roadmap for Integrations that support the company's overall growth objectives.
  • Develop and manage a partner agreement framework, certification program, and own Sensio's standard agreement for our open APIs.
  • Onboarding new partners, integrating with our open APIs, maintaining the integration documentation, and certifying the partners in our Partner Integration Program.
  • Build deep partner relations that drive customer value as well as partner and Sensio value.
  • Engage with health tech partners and end customers to define integration needs that improve interoperability.
  • Translate vague, complex problems into clear, actionable specifications that the development team can develop into scalable solutions and integrations.
  • Develop a suite of integrations and frameworks for rapidly creating new and maintaining existing integrations.
  • Make integrations into a key differentiating aspect for why customers should choose to partner with Sensio.

What we are looking for

We are looking for a product-minded, analytical problem solver who thrives in a technical environment and enjoys working closely with developers, customers, and partners.

  • Minimum 5 years of Product Management experience, preferably in B2B SaaS, platform integrations, or health tech.
  • Experience as a developer of integration solutions can compensate for less Product Management experience.
  • Proven competence in modern product development principles with strong product discovery skills.
  • Technical fluency – comfortable discussing APIs, data flows, and integrations with engineers.
  • Experience with API-based ecosystems, health tech platforms, or enterprise software integrations.
  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to translate technical topics into business-friendly language.
  • Education in Computer Science, Industrial Economics, Technology Management, IT, or a related technical field.

What we offer

  • Meaningful work with purpose – making a difference for health care personnel, patients, and next-of-kin.
  • The opportunity to be part of a Norwegian tech company with ambitions of becoming a global leader.
  • Leading the product development of a new solution area.
  • To be part of an innovative culture focused on collaboration and user-centric development.
  • Great opportunities for professional and personal development.
  • New and modern offices at Møllergata 4, in the middle of Oslo.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits.
