How You'll Make An Impact

  1. Lead cross-functional teams to deliver electrification projects involving multiple business units. Manage resources, schedules, and budgets.
  2. Ensure compliance with internal and external quality requirements.
  3. Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure project success.
  4. Identify and mitigate risks to achieve project goals.
  5. Monitor project budgets and finances.
  6. Provide regular project status updates to management.

Your background

  1. Bachelor's/Master's degree in engineering, preferably electrical power or a related field.
  2. Experience in project management within the energy industry.
  3. PMP certification preferred, but will also be provided by the company.
  4. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  5. Proficiency in project management tools and software.
