A successful candidate will lead a project team and foster a collaborative and high-performance project team within the project.

The ideal candidate will cultivate strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Overseeing the entire project lifecycle, including planning, execution, and completion
  • Ensuring quality, on-time delivery, and within budget
  • Leading a project team and fostering a collaborative and high-performance project team within the project
  • Cultivating strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, customers, and cross-functional teams to ensure clear communication and seamless project execution

Requirements include:

  • Strong project management skills and experience, preferably in the maritime industry
  • Master / Bachelor of Science or other relevant fields
  • Fluent written and oral communication skills in Norwegian and English
