We're searching for a dynamic Marine Personnel Recruitment Specialist to lead the full cycle of recruitment—from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and securing the best hires. In this role, you'll also play a key part in refining our recruitment strategies, enhancing employer branding, and driving local initiatives to attract top maritime talent. What you will work on:
- Build and maintain a strong pool of qualified seafarers.
- Create compelling job ads and source candidates through digital channels.
- Screen applications, conduct interviews, and shortlist top talent.
- Assist stakeholders throughout the interview process.
- Act as a liaison between candidates and Marine HR Specialists.
- Administer and analyze psychometric tests.
- Gather references and ensure compliance with training requirements.
- Track hiring metrics and recommend process improvements.
- Maintain a candidate database for future opportunities.
- Support employer branding through events, networking, and online media.
What we are looking for:
- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or a related field.
- 2 - 4 years of experience in recruitment or a similar role.
- Strong analytical skills to identify top candidates.
- Excellent communication and relationship-building abilities.
- Solid writing skills for crafting compelling job postings.
- Experience with personality assessment tools.
- Tech-savvy with a good grasp of HR and recruitment software.
