We are looking for a HR Advisor who can contribute to improving business performance and support leaders in all HR-related areas.

Tasks & Responsibilities

Main tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Provide HR services to executives and line managers in the Business Area (BA).
  • Act as a main contact for the managers in the BA location.
  • Responsible for recruitment processes in the BA location.
  • Participate in Employer branding.
  • Support, develop, and coach leaders to manage employee relations issues.
  • Promote the use of HR systems, policies, and processes, such as people strategy.
  • Partner with key stakeholders to ensure that HR projects and initiatives are communicated and implemented.
  • Assist management in effectively identifying and developing talent; succession planning/activities.
  • Support the line managers in initiatives related to performance management.
  • Competence Management.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor or Master within Business Administration, Human Resources, or related field. Relevant experience may weigh up for lack of formal education.
  • 3-5 years' experience with Human Resources administration, preferably in engineering or energy industry.
  • Good understanding of 'AML' - Norwegian Work Environment Act.
  • Excellent Norwegian and English language skills, spoken and written.
  • Interest in workforce planning, recruitment, and talent management.
  • Ability to coach and advise managers.
  • Understanding of overall business with an eye for structure and details.
  • Good IT and system understanding.
