As a Program Manager in Omny, you will be working with some of the largest companies in the industrial world. You will be responsible for overseeing multiple workstreams working across physical, OT and IT security domains and building relationships with stakeholders across all levels, from hands-on SMEs to the C-suite and board level. Your role will involve managing project timelines, coordinating with cross-functional teams, and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the delivery process.

ResponsibilitiesProgram Management
- Ownership of the work-stream/project delivery of advisory and consultancy services and SaaS product implementation and adoption.
- Ensuring that projects are executed according to plan, resources and within defined timelines. This includes developing project plans, establishing milestones, and monitoring progress.
- Continuously monitoring and evaluating project risks and proactively addressing them to minimize project disruptions.
- Collaborating closely with customers to understand their specific priorities, needs and requirements.
- Providing expert guidance on how Omny's offering (SaaS technology combined with services) can best meet customer's needs.
- Translating customer's requirements into actionable strategic and customer development plans.
- Building strong relationships with key customer stakeholders, from SMEs to C-suite and board members as well as partners.
- Acting as the primary point of contact for customer inquiries, providing regular updates on project progress, addressing concerns, and managing expectations.
Cross-functional Coordination
- Working closely with internal Omny teams, including Product & Engineering, to coordinate efforts and ensure the seamless integration of our software into the customer's IT environments.
- Fostering effective communication channels between teams to resolve any issues that may arise during implementation.
- Driving continuous improvement initiatives to improve time-to-value for customers and increase efficiency within Omny through standardization and automation.
- Experience in working in or with industrial companies e.g. the energy sector and/or manufacturing.
- Prior experience in implementing and/or building SaaS solutions in an industrial organization is an advantage.
- 3-5 years experience in leading teams in client environments (e.g., with management background from consulting).
- Experience within cybersecurity/OT security/risk domains is an advantage, but not mandatory.
- An analytical mindset with a focus on problem-solving.
- Ability to manage multiple projects & work streams simultaneously and prioritize tasks and resources effectively and efficiently.
- Ability to think strategically and discover commercial opportunities.
- Strong communication and organizational skills to effectively engage with customer stakeholders as well as internal teams.

Your role will directly influence the development and design of our platform, addressing critical challenges to promote safer and more secure sectors.
