Vi søker en ny kollega som ønsker å pushe grensene for hva AI kan oppnå og skape reell forretningsverdi på tvers av bransjer. I denne rollen får du muligheten til å dykke ned i ulike problemstillinger kundene våre står overfor, og bruke AI til å løse disse utfordringene. For å lykkes i denne rollen bør du være over gjennomsnittet engasjert i AI-løsninger, i tillegg til å inneha en sterk forretningsforståelse. Du vil jobbe tett med kundene våre for å forstå og løse deres utfordringer, og som ledende fagressurs vil du sikre kompetanseoverføring på tvers av Avo.

Denne rollen er en del av Avo sin satsning på AI-området, med spesielt fokus på Azure AI Foundry og Azure AI Search. Du vil være en nøkkelressurs som støtter og utvikler våre ansatte, samtidig som du bidrar til å sette retning og bygge rammeverk, metoder og best practices innenfor området. Du er dreven i Python programmering og har allerede jobbet med AI-utvikling i tidligere roller/prosjekter og ønsker å ta steget videre.

Vi søker deg som:

  • Har jobbet i 3-5 år i roller som Data Scientist eller tilsvarende, og har jobbet med LLM / Gen AI fortrinnsvis i Azure AI Foundry
  • Har høy kompetanse i Python
  • Ønsker å jobbe som konsulent på tvers av ulike bransjer
  • Har erfaring med Azure AI Search eller erfaring med andre typer databaser for RAG løsning
  • Har erfaring med ulike metoder for dokumentprosessering for optimalisering av RAG løsning
  • Har erfaring med visualisering og evalueringsrammeverk
  • Har satt LLM løsninger som benyttes i forretningsprosesser i produksjon
  • Det er fordel om man har erfaring med fine-tuning av modeller og bruk av Open Source modeller
  • Behersker norsk godt, både muntlig og skriftlig

Vi pleier å si at det er karakteren og ikke nødvendigvis karakterene som har mest å si i Avo. Ulike mennesker gir verdifulle perspektiver som skaper ulike innovative løsninger. Men Avo er ikke for alle, og vi tror at for å lykkes hos oss må du ha et genuint ønske om å være med på å bygge Avo videre og ta eierskap fra dag én. Du må være klar for å brette opp ermene, lære nye ting og hele tiden være i utvikling.
