Overview

We are looking for a Delivery Manager to lead the scoping, development and implementation of AI and advanced analytics solutions for our customers. In this role, you will work closely with clients to identify opportunities, define requirements, and guide projects from ideation to execution and scaling.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Collaboration – Work closely with customers to capture business value, define features and requirements, and ensure seamless implementation.
  • End-to-End Solution Ownership – Oversee the entire customer journey, from initial discussions and business opportunity identification to solution design, prototyping, and final delivery.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership – Lead teams of designers, data scientists, solution architects, and software developers to build and deploy impactful AI solutions.
  • Strategic Impact – Drive the adoption of AI and analytics to deliver measurable business value across industries.

  • A proven leader with experience driving cross-functional teams in technology, industrial sectors, or management consulting.
  • Passionate about technology, analytics, and digital innovation to improve businesses and society.
  • A strong communicator who excels at problem-solving and delivering an outstanding customer experience.
  • Comfortable working with technical teams (software engineers, data scientists), with the ability to define practical requirements.
  • Comfortable working with industrial engineering challenges, understanding and documenting customer pain points, and translating these into solution delivery requirements.

Expectations/ Critical must have

Education

  • Masters degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, Mathematics or equivalent experience.

Work Experience

  • 5+ years experience from technology-oriented (project) work in technology or industrial companies, or equivalent experience from management consulting.
  • Track record of strong results and impact in leadership roles, either as a project or line manager over multiple years.
  • Experience from customer deliveries, sales activities, and/or managing customer relationships is a requirement; alternatively experience working in an internal project organisation with internal customers.

  • Data science / advanced analytics / machine learning.
  • Experience and knowledge from an industrial environment (oil and gas, shipping, utilities or heavy industry).

Travel

  • Work is predominantly conducted from Arundo offices, but we offer flexible arrangements for working from home.
  • Some travelling must be expected during customer delivery project.
