The Project Manager Fisher Control Valves (m/f/d) assists customers by identifying the best solutions for their applications, offers and sells complete product and services solutions, provides commercial and technical support to customers, always aiming to provide the highest standards of customer service. Therefore, experience with valves or similar technical products is one of the most relevant aspects of this position.

Onsite presence is essential for effective collaboration and fostering our dynamic team environment. With our hybrid policy allowing one remote day per week, proximity to the office is a key requirement.

In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be:
  1. Using standardized European and Group's processes, ensure the timely entering of orders into the sales order processing system verifying that all data is checked and accurate.
  2. Maintaining delegations of authority.
  3. Maximizing opportunities for all other Emerson Groups wherever possible, with emphasis on collaboration.
  4. Working with Field Sales to report on quotation and project potential utilizing Customer Relationship Management (CRM) and PATT tools.
  5. Liaising with Credit Management to resolve any invoice discrepancies and help reduce the company Days Sales Outstanding levels.

For This Role, You Will Need:
  1. A technical degree or equivalent professional experience.
  2. In-depth technical knowledge of valves, similar products, and their industrial applications.
  3. Proven experience in sales or roles requiring strong communication skills.
  4. Proficiency in business tools such as MS Office and CRM systems.
  5. Fluency in both Norwegian and English.
Preferred Qualifications that Set You Apart:
  1. Experience working within a complex matrix organization.
  2. Familiarity with industrial automation environments.
  3. A background in mentoring or coaching team members.
  4. Awareness of LEAN principles and methodologies.
