HR Coordinator

Our Stavanger office is looking for a dedicated HR Coordinator to join our team and assist in various human resources functions. Reporting to the HR Business Partner, the HR Coordinator will play a crucial role in supporting the HR department's daily operations. This role involves a wide range of HR tasks around recruitment, employee relations, onboarding, and HR administration. The ideal candidate will have great organizational skills, a keen eye for detail, and a passion for people and company culture.

1. Recruitment:
   1. Assist in the recruitment process by doing job requisitions, posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
   2. Support hiring managers with candidate assessments and interview scheduling.
   3. Manage job offer processes and prepare employment contracts.
2. Onboarding and Offboarding:
   1. Planning the onboarding process for new hires.
   2. Ensure new employees have digital profiles in HRIS to set up with necessary resources and access.
   3. Handle exit interviews and manage offboarding procedures.
3. Employee Relations:
   1. Act as a point of contact for employee inquiries and HR-related issues.
   2. Support the implementation of HR policies and procedures.
   3. Assist in resolving employee relations issues and grievances.
4. Compliance and Reporting:
   1. Ensure compliance with Norwegian labor laws, collective agreements, and company policies. MCC Stavanger AS complies with the printing industry's collective agreements.
   2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and HR databases.
   3. Oversee payroll and benefits administration to ensure employees are paid timely and accurately. There is an external payroll provider to run the payrolls.
   4. Prepare HR reports and documents as required.
   5. Assist in organizing company events, training sessions, and other HR-related activities.

1. Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
2. Must have computer skills and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
3. Fluency in Norwegian and English, both written and spoken.
4. Ability to handle that the working days do not look the same.
5. Previous experience (2+ years) in an HR role, preferably in an international company.
6. Great organizational and time management skills.
