About the Role
As our Data Centre Operator, you'll be responsible for managing operations and troubleshooting complex issues. You'll be a proactive problem-solver with strong analytical skills, a keen technical mindset and the ability to influence without authority.
What You'll Be Doing
- Lead incident response efforts, troubleshooting hardware and software issues.
- Oversee day-to-day operations, ensuring adherence to SLAs (Service Level Agreements).
- Coordinate with vendors for hardware replacements and maintenance.
- Handle advanced customer support tasks, resolving escalations and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to optimising operational workflows and documentation.
- Flexibility to work in shifts and provide on-call support as needed.
- Readiness to work extended hours during critical incidents or high demand projects.
- Willingness to travel to support operations in additional DC's, assist in business related projects and attend training courses.

Please Note: We're currently working remotely, but plan to transition to a hybrid working model in 2025 as we look to secure a modern office space in London.
