  • You will help to build stable services with good code. All our team members are senior developers, so we want you to learn from us, as well as bring new ideas and knowledge to the table.
  • We are building the world's most loved chatbots, using all the buzzwords (AI, LLM, ML, GPT-4, Gemini, etc).
  • We use AI both in the chatbot, but also on the platform side to help users build content.
  • We need you to bring your skills so we can keep building a product that competes at the top level against global competitors.

  • Keep our position as the most user-friendly Chat widget and Chatbot platform
  • Improve our Analytics and Insight tools to compete among the best
  • Reduce time spent on building bots by 60%

What you will do:
As a Backend & Machine Learning Engineer on the Product team, your job will be to:

  • Research, develop, and improve.
  • Continuously improve the platform while looking out for new opportunities.
  • Be responsible for all the stages of the feature development cycle
  • Discuss ideas, design, and take part in workshops
  • Coordinate with other teams to deliver features of high complexity
  • Release features to thousands of users
  • Talk directly to customers (if you are comfortable with that)

Who we think you are:

  • 3+ years experience with backend development
  • Experience with Python and Django; Nodejs or Elixir is a plus
  • Experience with Postgresql, MongoDB, or other SQL/NoSQL databases
  • Commitment to the craft and the collaboration involved. Peer reviewing, and writing robust, reusable, and testable code.
  • Understanding of scalability and performance
  • Ability to lead or self-organize a project through the entire feature development life cycle

It's a bonus if you have experience with:

  • DevOps
  • ElasticSearch
  • Kubernetes and Docker
  • CI/CD and automation
  • Terraform with a public cloud like GCP or AWS
  • High-level knowledge of AI and ML
