As Data Management Advisor, you will be responsible for:

Avito is growing and is therefore looking for new Data Management Advisors, who will be very central to our Data Management team.

  • As a part of the team, you will be working to define methodology/frameworks to assist both existing and new customers to maximize the value of their data.
  • Help customers define data strategy, architecture, and governance, so that they can ensure high quality and high value trustworthy data.
  • Support customers by providing counsel and recommendations related to the implementation of solutions for analysis of data, reduction of costs, reduced complexity, increased availability, which in turn will streamline the company's profitability through more efficient business processes.
  • Participate in business development of the data management business area and contribute to company growth.
Desired Qualifications:

Interest in technology, good understanding and experience with data structures, data flow, and management frameworks.

  • Relevant education at Master's level, preferably within Information Technology/Management.
  • At least 2 years of work experience within data/information management or similar roles.
  • Solid technology knowledge especially within data structures and modern data platforms.
  • Good business understanding and strong analytical skills.
  • Ability to work logically and solution-oriented in teams, internally and/or at customers' premises.
  • Good communication skills in Norwegian and English both oral and written.
  • Relevant data management certifications such as DAMA CDMP are a plus, but not a requirement.
