WELCOMING YOU TO THE TEAM

The team is dynamic and service-oriented, with multiple team members located in Oslo. Our team is responsible for ensuring seamless travel and administrative support for the Installation and Services department, facilitating smooth operations across all relevant logistics. The workplace is in Oslo, and you will be reporting to the Team Leader for Personnel Logistics.

  • Maintaining and updating Nexans' Personnel Tracking System (ProPeople).
  • Booking required courses for personnel as needed.
  • Handling visa applications and related documentation.
  • Coordinating internal and external meetings, including facility arrangements.
  • Processing invoices through Basware.
  • Assisting with personnel registration in external databases and work permit applications.
  • Supporting tax-related documentation and registrations in collaboration with the Tax Department.
  • Ensuring the intranet page for travel-related information is up to date.

With your strong organizational skills and attention to detail, you will ensure that all travel and administrative processes are executed efficiently. Your ability to work closely with different departments and external partners will contribute to smooth operations and compliance with Nexans' policies.

YOUR STARTING POINT
  • Background in travel coordination, administration and logistics.
  • Experience working in a structured, fast-paced environment handling multiple administrative tasks.
  • Familiarity with travel booking systems, personnel tracking, and visa processes.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities while maintaining high attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills and service-oriented mindset.
  • Experience in processing invoices and working with procurement or finance teams.
  • Fluent in Norwegian and English, both oral and written.
  • Your personal values align with those of Nexans: Pioneer, Dedicated, United.
OUR GROWTH CULTURE

At the individual level, our growth culture is built on trust and collaboration. We wish to welcome you as a valuable member of our team. To enable impact, we believe in freedom and autonomy at the individual level while encouraging knowledge sharing, a team-work mentality, and a can-do attitude among our team members.
