You will focus on proactive testing and implementing automated solutions, driving the success of our team with expert advice on efficient testing strategies throughout the software development process.

Your Challenge

As a QA Lead, you will join a talented team of software engineers, making a significant impact on the quality of our platform, which will be used daily by millions of players:

  1. Define test strategies based on software development plans.
  2. Manage all testing activities, processes, and methods from planning to execution.
  3. Plan, implement, and track manual or automated testing plans covering all aspects of the product, including both frontend and backend.
  4. Verify and review software requirements.
  5. Continually improve testing infrastructure and tools.
  6. Lead and mentor a team of QA professionals.
  7. Collaborate and coordinate with relevant stakeholders and leads.

Requirements:

  1. 3-5 years of experience leading a game development team.
  2. ISTQB Foundation level certification or equivalent work experience.
  3. Excellent knowledge of game development workflows and testing methodologies.
  4. Extensive experience with testing tools and technologies such as JIRA.
  5. Experience shipping AA/AAA games on PC, console, or mobile.
  6. Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
  7. Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical team members, both in writing and verbally.
  8. Excellent English verbal and written communication skills.
  9. A positive team player always willing to learn and improve.
