Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Pharmaceutical Clinical Supplies Manager to lead our clinical supply team in Oslo, Norway. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for providing leadership skills together with your expertise in pharmaceutical production, development, and compliance to our growing portfolio of diagnostic imaging tracers.

About the Role:

  • You will lead a team of about 8 individuals, with expertise on pharmaceutical clinical supplies across Norway, UK, The Netherlands, and China.
  • The team in Oslo labels, packs, and delivers products for clinical and non-clinical trials, technical studies, and regulatory purposes.
  • Ensure operations against stringent compliance requirements; the department is regularly inspected by regulatory agencies.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Set up clinical supplies to clinical and non-clinical studies together with other functions and external vendors.
  2. Continuously supplies through all trials.
  3. Drive a culture of LEAN and continuous improvement.
  4. Collaborate across functions to deliver projects, improve processes, and the working environment for the team.
  5. Use technical background and act as a resource for colleagues; may lead small projects with moderate risks and resource requirements.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  1. MSc in Pharmaceutics, Biotechnology, Chemistry, or similar.
  2. cGMP experience and mindset of continuous improvement.
  3. Strong interpersonal and leadership skills with a customer-focused mindset.
  4. Experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry, manufacturing, QA, or R&D.
  5. Fluent in English and Norwegian.
  6. Strong oral and written communication skills.
