Global Clinical Research Opportunities

Optimapharm is a leading CRO operating in 40+ countries. We are seeking an experienced Clinical Research Associate to join our Clinical Operations team in Norway.

The successful candidate will have a university degree, preferably in medical or life sciences, and at least 3-4 years of independent clinical trial monitoring experience.

Key responsibilities include performing routine site visits independently, managing assigned sites, and preparing documents required for EC submissions and notifications.

The ideal candidate will be fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken, and possess excellent verbal and written communication skills.

  • University degree, preferably in medical or life sciences; nursing education or other relevant healthcare college degree
  • At least 3-4 years of independent clinical trial monitoring experience
  • High level of knowledge of ICH GCP Guidelines, knowledge of regulatory requirements and a strong interest in clinical research
  • Fluent in local language and English, both written and spoken
  • Computer proficiency is mandatory
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret common scientific and technical journals
