THE POSITION:

We are seeking a Customer Success Manager to ensure customers maximize the value of our solutions while identifying opportunities for upselling. This role requires a strong technical background in the Power Transmission and Distribution domain, with an added emphasis on relationship management, commercial growth, and customer advocacy.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Customer Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with customers to understand their needs and ensure long-term success.
  2. Upselling & Expansion: Identify opportunities for expanding our solutions within existing customer accounts and drive revenue growth.
  3. Onboarding & Adoption: Guide customers through the onboarding process, ensuring a smooth transition and alignment with their objectives.
  4. Customer Advocacy: Act as the voice of the customer within Heimdall Power, providing insights to the technical and product teams to improve our offerings.
  5. Performance Monitoring: Track customer KPIs and proactively address challenges to optimize value realization.
  6. Collaboration: Work cross-functionally with internal teams.

QUALIFICATIONS:

  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. At least 3 years of experience in the Power Transmission and Distribution industry or similar technical domains.
  3. Experience in a customer-facing role such as Customer Success, Account Management, or Sales.
  4. Strong understanding of grid technologies.
  5. Fluency in English is required.

  1. High sense of ownership, proactive attitude, and solution-oriented mindset.
  2. Ability to identify upsell opportunities and drive commercial expansion.
  3. Expertise in managing multiple projects, tasks, and customer interactions simultaneously.
  4. Ability to work effectively within an international team.
  5. Flexibility to accommodate occasional work outside standard business hours.
