Your primary focus will be to ensure that Corporater continuously meets the highest standards of quality in our operations, while ensuring compliance with ISO standards such as ISO 9001 and 14001.

Responsibilities and Duties

Champion Quality Management – Maintain and enhance Corporater's Quality Management System (QMS) to support operational excellence.

Ensure ISO Compliance & Certification – Lead initiatives to uphold and secure our ISO certifications, ensuring adherence to global standards.

Conduct Audits & Reporting – Oversee internal and external audits, providing key insights and driving continuous improvements.

Drive Process Improvement – Identify opportunities to streamline and enhance internal processes across departments and regions.

Foster Collaboration – Work closely with cross-functional teams to embed quality and compliance best practices throughout the organization.

Lead Training & Awareness – Ensure employees at all levels understand and integrate quality and compliance principles in their daily work.

Manage Documentation & Records – Maintain clear, up-to-date documentation to ensure transparency, compliance, and operational efficiency.

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Professional experience in quality management or a similar field for at least 5 years.
  • Familiarity with quality assurance standards and methodologies such as ISO 9001 or Six Sigma.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with keen attention to detail.
  • Effective communication skills for presenting complex quality concepts to a diverse audience.
  • Experience with quality management software and data analysis tools.
  • Relevant certifications such as CQE, CQM, or Six Sigma Black Belt are desirable.
