As part of our café team, you will work in a welcoming Nordic café environment, integrated in our store, where you never lose focus on quality, service, and providing our guests with an experience they will remember. Putting the guest first and being flexible comes naturally for you. You and your team will be responsible for creating a warm and inspiring café environment together with a unique local service culture. Your role is essential in creating welcoming experiences that showcase the best of our brand.

You'll have the opportunity to provide customers with high-level service at every turn. From welcoming and actively attending to the customer's every need in a warm and genuine way. Your responsibilities include providing quality beverage and food products at a consistently high standard, promoting the culture, values, and concept of the café as a whole. You contribute to the daily operation of the café in store.

While previous experience in customer service in the food and beverage industry is nice to have, it's not mandatory.
