About the Role:
We're seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Retail Store Lead to join our team in Oslo. As a key member of our retail leadership team, you'll be responsible for leading by example, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales growth. If you're a passionate and results-driven individual with a knack for leadership, this could be the perfect opportunity for you
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead from the floor, championing exceptional customer service and a world-class guest experience
- Support product guides in delivering technical product knowledge and ensuring seamless customer interactions
- Oversee inventory management, including receiving, processing, restocking, and visual merchandising to maximize sell-through
- Communicate company initiatives, policies, and priorities to the team
- Manage store operations, including opening and closing procedures, and accurately process guest transactions using our Point of Sale system
- Rotating through areas of focus to deep dive into each of the five pillars of the business: experience, product, community, operations, and people
Requirements:
- 1-2 years of retail experience and 1+ year of leadership experience
- Prioritizing customer service and delivering an exceptional experience for guests
- Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize and adapt to daily business needs
- Flexibility and adaptability when faced with ambiguity
- Ability to lift up to 30 lbs
Availability Requirements:
- Available for a minimum of one open, one close, and one weekend shift each week
- Full-time position with 30-40 hours per week (5 days per week)
