Accigo trenger deg som leder for vellykkede leveranser som igjen fører til bærekraftige medarbeidere og fornøyde kunder. Våre tungt tekniske leveranseteam trenger ledere som skaper gode forutsetninger og holder sammen leveransen som helhet. Hos Accigo bygger vi lederteam for våre større prosjekter, det å jobbe tett med arkitekter og eksperter er en nøkkelfaktor for en vellykket leveranse.

Som smidig leder hos Accigo kan du forvente en spennende hverdag. Vi jobber med mange bransjer i lederroller med spesialistkompetanse og har de siste årene hatt flest oppdrag innenfor energi, eiendom og industri hvor man tar store digitale steg. I våre prosjekter kan du virkelig gjøre en forskjell for både store og små kunder som står overfor ulike utfordringer. Her tar du roller som prosjektleder, oppdragsleder, Scrum Master, Product Owner og er en del av lederteamet i våre smidige prosjekter.

I din rolle vil du tidlig være med å sette rammene og forutsetningene for prosjekter, være leder i prosjekter og sikre en vellykket overlevering mot videre utvikling.

Våre kunder trenger deg som er en tydelig, strukturert leder med god kommunikasjonsferdighet. Du er vant til å jobbe med styringsgrupper og interessenter. Våre kunder ønsker en rådgivende partner som utfordrer og inspirerer mot en verdidrevet digital transformasjon.

Vi ser etter deg som:

  1. Vil jobbe i teamleveranser
  2. Har minst 4 års erfaring som konsulent
  3. Har flere års erfaring med virksomhet innen lager og logistikk som Food eller Industri
  4. Har jobbet i flere smidige prosjekter som prosjektleder, Scrum Master/agil coach, Product Owner eller tilsvarende
  5. Har erfaring med Dynamics 365 (ERP)
  6. Har gode kunnskaper i for eksempel Visio, Lifecycle Services og Business Process Modeller, Azure DevOps, MS Project, Microsoft 365 eller andre tilsvarende planleggings- og oppfølgingsverktøy
  7. Ser det som en selvfølge å coache yngre kolleger og utvikle neste generasjons ledere
  8. Behersker norsk og engelsk muntlig og skriftlig

Det er en fordel om du også har:

  1. Prosjektleder-, Scrum Master-, Product Owner- og/eller SAFe-sertifisering

Vårt team

Vi leder mennesker og organisasjoner gjennom digitaliseringen med mennesket i sentrum og teknologien som muliggjører. Vårt fokus er å skape verdi for individet for å oppnå effekt i organisasjonen.

Vi jobber ofte i kundens team og leder hele prosjekter og smidige oppdrag, både nye implementeringer og oppgraderinger. Vi samarbeider ofte med andre team i Accigo samt vårt søsterselskap Centigo og deltar både som prosjektledere, oppdragsledere, Scrum Masters og testledere. Vår kompetanse fokuserer på IT-implementeringer og utrullinger av Microsofts ulike løsninger.

Å gå ut i teamleveranser sammen gjør at vi utvikler oss sammen og har hverandres støtte. For oss styrker det 'Vi-følelsen', sikrer en god leveranse til kunden og bidrar til glede og energi i hverdagen for oss konsulenter.
