Join DOF's growth as a Shift Supervisor

With numerous long-term projects secured, DOF is expanding rapidly. We are looking for more colleagues to join our dynamic team and contribute to our success. We have a lot of exciting projects ahead, including a 3-year (with possible extension) Inspection, Maintenance and Repair (IMR) contract with Equinor as a client, starting offshore in the North Sea during spring 2025. Additionally, we have a worldwide fleet, offering a chance to explore diverse environments and cultures.

As a Shift Supervisor, you will play a vital role in overseeing all vessel operations during your shift. You will lead and coordinate the operational teams and resources dedicated to the project, ensuring that all tasks are performed in alignment with the established procedures within our quality system. In this role, you will set an example for your team, championing DOF's values and enhancing our brand reputation. You will also maintain close operational communication with the Offshore Manager and collaborate with the ROV Supervisor, Deck Foreman, as well as Client Representatives, approved subcontractors, and suppliers.

• Relevant experience from construction support offshore
• Experience from IMR projects and Module Handling Systems is an advantage
• Formal technical and/or administrative education
• Valid offshore safety/survival course
• Valid offshore seafarer's medical certificate

This is an offshore position.
