- 5 years of experience managing warehousing and supply chain operations.

- Certification in Project Management or Council of Supply Chain Management Professionals (CSCMP).

As a Program Manager at Google, you'll lead complex, multi-disciplinary projects from start to finish — working with stakeholders to plan requirements, manage project schedules, identify risks, and communicate clearly with cross-functional partners across the company. Your projects will often span offices, time zones, and hemispheres. It's your job to coordinate the players and keep them up to date on progress and deadlines.
As a Logistics Operation Specialist for Server Operations Logistics, you will lead the third-party logistics team and manage all logistics operations required within the Google data center campuses, including receiving, shipping, quality control, rack movements, rack placement, tray assembly, cabling, spare parts management, decommissions, and returns at the data center facilities.
- Manage Data Center logistics daily operations by leading third-party partners with associates on their teams, including completing logistics tasks within SLO, regular metrics reviews and management, quarterly business reviews, escalation management and collaboration with partner teams.
- Manage and monitor Key Performance Indicators, vendor performance scorecards and develop business cases to support logistics changes or improvements. Drive alignment and prioritization of initiatives in a fluid and large-scale environment with many interdependencies.
- Manage third-party logistics cost, including reviewing invoices, and spend control.
- Develop productive and meaningful relationships with all key internal business partners to innovate on key strategic programs to improve speed, productivity and quality of execution.
- Manage a third-party logistics team and lead by example of safety commitments to ensure the logistics operations are completed in a safe manner.
