Available Positions:

Caviar Packer Responsibilities: Your primary duties will involve packing caviar and labeling the products accurately. This role is crucial to ensure that the caviar is prepared and presented to the highest standards for our customers.

Packers Responsibilities: Packers will be responsible for packing and labeling various fish products. The role requires attention to detail to ensure that all products are correctly packaged and meet the quality standards set by the company.

Warehouse Workers Responsibilities: Warehouse Workers will handle the movement of goods within the warehouse. This includes organizing and managing inventory, ensuring that goods are stored and dispatched efficiently.

Drivers Responsibilities: Drivers will be tasked with transporting goods to various locations. Responsibilities include ensuring timely and safe delivery, adhering to transportation regulations, and maintaining the condition of the vehicle.

Kitchen Assistants Responsibilities: Kitchen Assistants will support kitchen operations by packing caviar and assisting with food preparation tasks. This role is essential for maintaining kitchen efficiency and ensuring high standards of food safety.

Requirements:

  • Age: 18-55 years
  • Gender: Both men and women are encouraged to apply
  • Experience: No prior experience required for any position
  • Language Skills: No language skills required; training will be provided
  • Eligibility: Open to residents of the EU and CIS

Working Conditions:

  • Meals: Employees will receive free meals twice a day. This includes either breakfast and lunch or lunch and dinner, depending on your shift schedule.
  • Accommodation: Housing is provided, including options such as hostels and apartments. Separate accommodation is available for couples.
  • Schedule: The work schedule includes 8-hour shifts, 5 days a week. Night shifts are available with an additional pay rate of up to 50%.
  • Visa Support: We offer comprehensive assistance with visa and EU passport processing. Our team will provide consulting and support at every stage of the visa application process to ensure a smooth transition.

Types of Contracts:

  • Seasonal Contracts: These are available for a duration of 3 to 6 months. Please note that seasonal contracts do not have the option for extension beyond the initial period.
  • Permanent Contracts: These contracts last between 6 to 12 months, with the possibility of extending the contract based on performance and business needs.
