Position Overview
We're seeking a seasoned Product Leader to take on the Industry Cloud Product Area within our Unified Design organization, reporting to the Vice President of Unified Design. This role is a unique opportunity to drive innovation and deliver cloud-based solutions that create a more sustainable world. You'll lead a team of 30-40, responsible for a growing set of offerings and capabilities, provided to first, second and third parties. We're looking for a dynamic leader who can build exceptional teams, foster collaboration, and keep customers at the heart of every decision—while thriving in a fast-paced, experiment-driven environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Drive Product Area Strategy and Vision: Define and execute a customer-centric direction for your Product Area, aligning with Autodesk Forma's mission to deliver sustainable, innovative solutions.
- Foster Cross-Functional Collaboration: Act as the glue between your Product Area and other teams within and outside of Unified Design, promoting a culture of collaboration that enhances organizational effectiveness and product success.
- Build and Mentor the Right Team: Attract, retain and empower a high-performing team, mentoring them to grow, succeed, and take ownership of their contributions to Industry Cloud.
- Develop Culture for Effective Teamwork: Establish and refine practices that optimize how Product Managers, Engineers, and Designers work together, ensuring seamless collaboration and productivity within your Product Area.
- Champion Customer-Centricity: Keep customers at the core of product decisions, embedding their needs and feedback into the development process to ensure solutions resonate and thrive in the market.
- Lead Experimentation and Learning: Cultivate a culture of continuous experimentation, empowering your team to test ideas, learn daily, and adapt quickly in a fast-paced business landscape.
- Data driven mentality: Set and monitor KPIs for your Product Area, using data-driven insights to refine features, boost adoption, and maximize impact.
- Stakeholder Advocacy: Represent your Product Area to senior leadership and external partners, securing support and resources to bring your vision to life.
Minimum Qualifications
- 10+ years of experience in product leadership (product management, engineering, design) or related roles within a cloud-based, B2B enterprise environment.
- Proven success in building and mentoring product teams, with direct management experience and collaboration in matrixed structures.
- Expertise in developing culture that enhances teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.
- Strong track record of delivering customer-centric products that drive business success.
- Comfort with experiment-driven learning and adapting to a dynamic, fast-paced setting.
- Exceptional leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Passion for sustainability, innovation, and creating impactful solutions (AECO experience is a plus).

Salary is one part of Autodesk's competitive compensation package. Offers are based on the candidate's experience and geographic location.
