In this key role you will support the Strategy & Business Development Director and leadership team in driving strategic projects, M&A and integration initiatives, and performance improvements. As a Strategy & Business Developer, you'll help turn leadership priorities into actionable plans and drive their execution. You'll face challenges like balancing analysis with quick action, managing diverse stakeholders, and contributing to key initiatives in a fast-paced consumer health environment.

The role will report to the Strategy & Business Development Director, and be based preferably in Oslo. Travel will be required.

Main responsibilities and tasks:
  1. Strategy & Growth: Support strategy development, market analysis, and strategic planning with the Strategy & Business Development Director
  2. Business performance optimization: Identify operational inefficiencies and recommend data-driven improvements to enhance profitability and market competitiveness.
  3. Strategic project execution: Lead or support growth initiatives, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-merger integration
  4. Change Management: Drive implementation of change initiatives across business units
  5. Analysis & Reporting: Conduct market scans, develop financial models, and assess business impacts
  6. Stakeholder alignment: Prepare executive materials, facilitate cross-functional workshops, and ensure smooth project execution
  7. Support the Strategy & Business Development Director and leadership on other relevant projects and tasks
What we are looking for:
  1. Bachelor's or Master's degree in a relevant field
  2. 2–3 years of experience preferably from a top-tier management consulting or corporate strategy roles, preferably exposure to FMCG and/or Consumer Health.
  3. Hands-on experience with strategy development, M&A processes (due diligence, valuation, post-merger integration) and large-scale transformations.
  4. Proven ability to structure complex problems and analysis, deliver insights under tight deadlines and manage different stakeholder landscapes.
  5. You have a solution-oriented, analytical, and strategic mindset, with the ability to translate insights into actionable outcomes.
  6. Strong project management skills, with an agile approach to executing multi-stakeholder initiatives using consulting-grade tools (e.g., hypothesis-driven problem-solving).
  7. Excellent stakeholder management skills, with the ability to navigate complex environments and influence leadership and key stakeholders effectively.
  8. Fluency in English, both oral and written, is required.
