We're seeking a talented individual to join our team as a Strategy & Business Developer, supporting the Strategy & Business Development Director and leadership team in driving strategic projects, M&A and integration initiatives, and performance improvements.
Key responsibilities include:
- Supporting the development of strategies and business plans
- Identifying operational inefficiencies and recommending data-driven improvements
- Leading or supporting growth initiatives, including financial modelling, due diligence, and post-merger integration
- Driving implementation of change initiatives across business units
- Conducting market scans, developing financial models, and assessing business impacts
- Preparing executive materials, facilitating cross-functional workshops, and ensuring smooth project execution
We're looking for someone with a strong track record in strategy development, M&A processes, and large-scale transformations, with excellent stakeholder management skills and a proven ability to navigate complex environments.
