- Optimizing and automating data workflows to improve efficiency and reduce latency.
- Exploring and integrating new technologies to enhance our data capabilities.
- This is not just a support role—this is a high-impact position where your work lays the foundation for Spond's data-driven future.
- A Unique Opportunity – You're not just maintaining an existing system; you're building a data platform from the ground up. Your work will be a core part of our company's strategic direction.
- A Product That Matters – Millions of users depend on Spond every day. Your contributions will directly enhance their experience and support the future of sports and activities worldwide.
- A Team That Supports You – We believe in collaboration, autonomy, and pushing each other to be our best.

- A high-impact role in a fast-growing company, where your work will directly shape Spond's data-driven strategy and global expansion.
- The freedom to experiment with new technologies and improve existing systems in a company that values technical excellence.
- A strong engineering culture that prioritizes collaboration, autonomy, and growth.
- A modern and flexible work environment with a centrally located office in Oslo.
- A competitive compensation, equity options, and strong benefits to support your well-being and career development.
If you're ready to own Spond's data journey, build something truly impactful, and work in a team where your contributions matter, we'd love to hear from you.
