We have an exciting opportunity for an Assistant Store Manager of our BOSS Store in Oslo. As an Assistant Store Manager, your objective will be to assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operation of the store to ensure that store productivity, sales and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.

What You Can Expect

  1. Ensure effective communication to all team members of store performance on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis.
  2. Assist the Store Manager in recruiting, training, motivating, and developing the team to optimize store performance to reflect brand qualities.
  3. Daily follow-up on performance and KPI's.
  4. Assist the Store Manager in managing the overall operation of the store to ensure store productivity, sales, and profitability goals are achieved and exceeded.
  5. Whenever the Store Manager is absent, the Assistant Store Manager must take over responsibility and its personnel.
Your Profile

  1. You are currently a strong salesperson with experience from a similar position in the fashion industry.
  2. You have a positive approach to problem solving and thrive in a dynamic environment.
  3. You cope well under pressure and lead by example at all times.
  4. You are fluent in verbal and written Norwegian and English.
  5. You are an experienced MS Office user.
  6. Knowledge of SAP and SameSystem is an advantage.
