Som Customer Success Manager vil du ha fokus på videreutvikling og god oppfølging for å sikre at kunden tar i bruk riktige tjenester som støtter oppunder deres strategi. Du vil jobbe tett med kundens ledelse og IT avdeling, samt med tekniske ressurser internt hos oss.

Ditt ansvar vil være å:

  1. Overvåke kundens bruk av tjenestene, analysere og gi råd for optimal utnyttelse
  2. Sikre økonomisk forsvarlighet i kundeoppfølgingen
  3. Løse eventuelle problemer eller utfordringer kunden måtte ha, og samarbeide med interne team for å sikre rask og effektiv løsning
  4. Forvaltning av kundeportefølje
  5. Bygge og vedlikeholde sterke kunderelasjoner ved å være en pålitelig kontaktperson for kunden
  6. Forstå kundenes forretningsbehov og målsetning for å kunne tilby riktige tjenester og løsninger

Kvalifikasjoner:

  1. Erfaring fra IT-bransjen
  2. Relevant utdanning innen økonomi, ledelse og/eller IT
