What We Expect

  • Experience in Sales and Marketing or Customer Success: While a background in online or affiliate marketing is a plus, we're open to diverse experiences
  • Communication Skills: You should be fluent in Norweigen and English, with a knack for clear and engaging communication.
  • Tech-Savviness: Familiarity with tools like Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and Google apps (Gmail, Google Docs) is essential.
  • Independence and Initiative: We value self-starters who can prioritize tasks and work autonomously.

Does this sound like you?

  • Minimum of 4 years of sales, marketing or Customer Success experience, preferably within SaaS and performance marketing/ martech
  • You have a network of advocates that will support your success in this role
  • Ability to reach and develop new relationships with partners within your territory and verticals.
  • Prior experience driving growth and managing programs/customer relationships.
  • Understanding of the digital ecosystem landscape and relationships
  • Track record of success in maintaining customer relationships and reaching growth targets
  • Track record of over-achieving quota (top 10-20% of company) in past positions
  • Experience in bringing innovative / market defining products to market within a competitive landscape
  • The ability to collaborate across internal teams to achieve the business goals and objectives
  • You are a contributor to the team culture
  • Ability to travel if needed and work autonomously in a remote environment
  • Experience within performance, partner, or affiliate marketing is a plus
