We are now looking for Technical Project Engineer Manager for one of our customers based in Halden (candidates from Oslo are also accepted).

Responsibilities

  • Serve as the technical single point of contact towards the client (Technical Project Manager).
  • Ensure system delivery at all stages from design to close-out.
  • Have firsthand knowledge of the technical scope and cost estimates from the tender phase.
  • Manage engineering within the assigned projects, ensuring timely delivery, quality, and budget adherence.
  • Follow contract-specific requirements, Master Document Register, Change Management system, and other key project elements.
  • Supervise teams and optimize resource use within the Engineering teams across disciplines.
  • Promote information sharing (e.g., Lessons Learned) between projects.
  • Support process improvements and training within the business group.
  • Act as a QHSE role model.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical, Civil, or related field).
  • Minimum 5-10 years of experience in engineering project execution.
  • Experience in offshore, subsea, energy, or infrastructure projects is a plus.
  • Prior experience with tendering, cost estimation, and contract review.
  • Background in multidisciplinary engineering teams.
