Aon Graduate Programme

As an Aon Graduate, you will be enrolled onto our Aon Graduate Programme when you join. This programme has been designed to identify and support the development of key future talent. As such, we are looking for individuals who demonstrate genuine interest, drive and potential to build a lasting career at Aon.

The Graduate Programme will commence end of Summer 2025 (September).

Our Health & Benefits team also provides market leading brokerage and consultancy services around employee benefits such as pension, insurances, and financial wellbeing for corporate clients.

What the day will look like

As a Junior Account Executive within Health & Benefits, you will be working as part of the wider Health & Benefits team to contribute to delivering high quality client services. While being a part of our Graduate program, you will develop into a role that includes:

• Lead and coordinate customer teams tailored to the client's needs
• Be responsible for both new and existing customer portfolios
• Contribute to strategic work and provide advice to our clients
• Ensure we deliver according to our customer promises and present the full range of Aon services to our clients
• Contribute to innovation and the development of existing and new focus areas
• Be responsible for customer satisfaction and profitability
• Develop the customer portfolio in close collaboration with our sales department

Skills and experience that will lead to success

• Bachelor's degree (minimum)
• Proficiency in English and Norwegian, both written and spoken
• The ability and willingness to quickly learn new things and adapt to different situations
• A strong interest and dedication to developing within the company and industry
• Strong communication skills, and communicates in a clear, precise, and structured manner
• The ability to analyze information and data to make well-informed decisions
• The ability to work well in teams and build good relationships with colleagues
• A strong internal drive to achieve goals and continuously improve skills
• Systematic and organized approach
