Som Senior Business Consultant i Amesto vil du spille en avgjørende rolle i å implementere og optimalisere ERP-systemet Business NXT for kundene våre. Dette er hva du vil gjøre som Senior Business Consultant:

  • Implementere og migrere Business NXT for kundene våre.
  • Identifisere forbedringsmuligheter og optimalisere systemløsninger.
  • Støtte eksisterende kunder på Visma Business med komplekse logistikkløsninger.
  • Veilede kunder i utforming og implementering av arbeidsprosesser og systemstøtte.
  • Agere som løsningsarkitekt i prosjekter og på eksisterende kundeløsninger.
  • Samarbeide tett med salgsteamet og andre konsulenter for å sikre leveranse av høy kvalitet.
  • Kontinuerlig oppdatere kunnskapen din innenfor ERP-trender og relaterte områder for å være en ledende ressurs i teamets utvikling.

For å lykkes i rollen tror vi at du:

  • Har solid erfaring med ERP-systemer, enten som konsulent eller superbruker, og kan effektivt hjelpe kunder med deres systemrelaterte spørsmål og utfordringer innenfor logistikk.
  • Brenner for å gjøre en forskjell for kundene, er resultatorientert og trives med å være eksperten på systemet vi leverer.
  • Har sterke kommunikasjonsevner og kan formidle kompleks informasjon på en klar og tydelig måte.
  • Har forretningsmessig tilnærming og evne til å handle proaktivt i kunde- og medarbeiderdialoger.
  • Er en teamorientert person som setter stor verdi på hva vi kan oppnå sammen
