We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to join our team at Qt Group, a global software company. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance to our regional sales teams and delivering technical presentations and demonstrations of our Qt Quality Assurance products.

As a Technical Sales Specialist, you will work closely with our customers to understand their technical requirements and provide solutions that meet their needs. You will also be involved in all aspects of the technical sales process, from pre-sales to post-sales support.

Our ideal candidate will have a strong background in software quality assurance and a proven track record of success in technical sales. You will be responsible for connecting with Director and VP-level Engineering professionals and demonstrating the value of our Static Code and Software Architecture Analysis tools and other Qt Quality Assurance products.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to regional sales teams through all aspects of the sales cycle.
  • Understand technical customer requirements and find solutions together with Product Management / R&D.
  • Deliver strategic and senior-level product presentations, demonstrations, and trade show support.
  • Follow up on prospects and accounts for functional/technical issues related to the sales cycle and guarantee a successful customer experience.
  • Manage product evaluations and prepare RFP/RFI responses.
  • Coordinate the technical training of the sales teams.
  • Identify the need for additional sales, training, and consulting.
About You
  • 5+ years of professional experience in software quality assurance and technical sales.
  • Technical knowledge and understanding of software quality assurance processes.
  • Experience in testing safety-critical software projects (e.g., Automotive, Aerospace & Defense, Medical) and familiarity with underlying methods, processes, and standards (e.g., ISO26262, IEC62304).
  • Experience in development or quality assurance of embedded applications (C/C++).
  • Experience in a scripting language (e.g., Python).
  • Knowledge of DevOps and CI/CD workflows.
  • Knowledge of build tools (e.g., CMake, Make, Bazel, BitBake).
  • Excellent presentation, demonstration, and facilitation skills in leading meetings, trials, and projects.
  • Experience with the creation, customization, and delivery of presentations.
  • Fluent verbal and written communication in English.
  • Bachelor's degree in computer science/technology or equivalent related experience.
