In This Role, Your Key Responsibilities Will Be:- Prominently ensuring timely product delivery is a critical aspect of this position. This involves identifying and addressing technical issues promptly to maintain the assembly process's efficiency and resolving any delays or potential delays with cross-functional collaboration.
- Providing support in handling non-conformances raised in RIS systems and RCAs for projects/products as needed, in conjunction with line managers
- Participating in design reviews and qualification of new features/solutions/products as part of new product development
- Evaluating, revising, verifying, and approving manufacturing procedures, checklists, and travelers/routings in applicable business systems
- Implementing improvements and standardizing processes, work methodologies, and tools within the department, in conjunction with line managers
- Ensuring compliance of products and documents with relevant international-, project-specific-, and Roxar standards
- Training junior colleagues on electronics assembly and testing
- During periods of urgency or when resources are limited in the assembly line, there is an expectation to assist with hands-on assembly and testing of various products according to the production schedule.

Requirements For Success In This Role:- Bachelor's/College degree in Electrical/Electro-mechanical Engineering or technical degree with equivalent experience and education providing required knowledge and abilities
- Proficient in the English language
- Ability to handle multiple assignments and priorities simultaneously
- Ability to help troubleshoot production issues related to electronics or software issues
- Ability to work independently and drive progress
- Minimum five years of work experience with electronics assemblies
- Proven track record in electronics focused project execution, manufacturing, industrial or design engineering
