
Process Improvement Lead

As a member of our Management Team, you will collaborate with stakeholders, develop impactful solutions, and ensure compliance with company policies and strategic objectives.
Key Responsibilities- Drive cross-border initiatives and efficiency improvements.
- Oversee automation and internal tooling projects.
- Act as the interface between Nordic operations and IT/system owners.
- Translate business needs into system requirements.
- Maintain training, documentation, and coordination for support systems.
- Own and optimize key operational tools (ServiceNow, MyServicePoint, Talkdesk, Kantata, etc.).
- Represent TN Norway in continuous improvement initiatives.
- Identify and recommend business growth opportunities.
- Develop and execute strategic business plans.
- Improve internal and external processes.
- Address and resolve customer dissatisfaction.
