About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Occupational Safety Specialist to join our team at Mondelēz International. As a key member of our Health, Safety, and Environment (HS&E) department, you will be responsible for managing and supporting occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire protection initiatives at our Chocolate Factory in Oslo.

Key Responsibilities

  • Supervise legal compliance in the areas of occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire protection.
  • Minimize the Factory's liability and risks related to occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire protection.
  • Manage the scope of occupational safety, environmental protection, and fire protection for a production plant.
  • Conduct post-accident investigations and prepare and maintain registers, protocols, and other required documents.
  • Conduct initial and periodic occupational health and safety training and supervise programs aimed at reducing risk at workplaces.
  • Coordinate and supervise measurements of the working environment and inform relevant functions about HS&E results.
  • Supervise, coordinate, and carry out tasks related to environmental protection, including air emissions, noise emissions, water and sewage management, and waste management.

Requirements

  • Higher technical education.
  • Fluency in Norwegian language.
  • Knowledge of legal requirements regarding HS&E.
  • Minimum 5 years of experience working in the HS&E Department.
  • Experience in managing a team.
