Are you ready to make a difference in the world as our new Static Equipment Engineer? At SLB Capturi, we are committed to reducing the environmental impact of industrial activities through effective carbon capture utilization and storage (CCUS) project execution.
We operate globally, serving a range of industries, including cement, blue hydrogen, bioenergy, and gas-to-power. Our team has extensive knowledge of the entire CCUS value chain, enabling us to develop innovative solutions for customers worldwide.
Key responsibilities of this role include:
- Technical procurement of static and packaged equipment, including specification, bid evaluation, and supplier follow-up.
- Coordination and supervision of multi-location teams of mechanical engineers in CCUS projects.
- Development of cost-effective processes and products.
- Implementation of standardization and effective project execution, contributing to CCUS early studies.
- Provision of input and implementation of CCUS technology in projects.
Requirements for this position include:
- A Master's degree in Mechanical engineering or similar, with a minimum of 7+ years of experience.
- Expertise in ISO, EN, and other international codes and standards.
- Experience in equipment supply as a buyer or seller, as well as land-based industry experience.
- Strong multidisciplinary understanding, excellent communication skills, analytical mindset, and ability to bridge technical-commercial challenges.
- Proven track record in result-oriented project cultures, with a genuine drive for cost curve optimization.
- Self-driven individual with passion for environmental projects, combined with good cooperation skills within and outside the company.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.
