About The RoleYou will be an integral part of our product management team working together with our Head of Product. As a Product Manager, you will play a pivotal role in shaping our product strategy and ensuring alignment with our growth objectives.
Key Responsibilities:- Drive Customer-Centric Product Development: Lead the ideation, development, and launch of innovative products that meet real customer needs, leveraging data and feedback to inform decisions and prioritize features that enhance user experience and engagement.
- Collaborate Cross-Functionally: Work closely with engineering, design, marketing, and sales to ensure cohesive product development and successful go-to-market execution.
- Shape Strategy and Roadmap: Develop and maintain a strategic product roadmap in alignment with company goals, and help continuously refine the product vision and strategy in collaboration with the Head of Product and leadership.
- Champion Growth and Experimentation: Implement growth-focused initiatives and experimentation strategies to drive product performance, user acquisition, and engagement.
- Ensure Market Fit and Value Delivery: Maintain a deep understanding of customer needs, market dynamics, and the competitive landscape to ensure your team builds valuable, strategic, and market-ready solutions.
