Job Overview

We're seeking a highly skilled Principal Researcher to join our team in Technology, Digital & Innovation. As a key member of our research team, you will be responsible for leading technology development and qualification of new solutions in gas processing technologies.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead technology development and qualification of new solutions in gas processing technologies
  • Collaborate with customers in Projects and Operations to implement new solutions
  • Contribute to shaping our future technology development portfolio
  • Perform specialist services in process design, optimization, and troubleshooting
  • Develop and lead laboratory campaigns and theoretical desk-top studies

Requirements

  • MSc or PhD education with 5-10 years relevant experience in gas production or gas treating processes
  • Specialization in process simulations, gas treating, glycol regeneration, thermodynamics, or column design
  • Experience with laboratory and field work in above subjects
  • Experience with tools like Python, MATLAB, and/or process simulators
  • Strong team player with ability to work independently in a multi-disciplinary environment
  • Experience from leading R&D projects and drive to deliver on agreed project deliveries
