Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to join our team as a Sales and Customer Success Professional.

The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing and executing sales strategies, and building strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction and loyalty.

This role involves working closely with account executives and managers to identify new business opportunities, develop proposals, and negotiate contracts.

You will also be responsible for providing regular updates on sales performance and identifying areas for improvement, as well as communicating effectively with customers and stakeholders regarding sales and renewal status.

About You
  • We are looking for individuals with 3+ years of experience in sales, account management, or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are essential, along with fluency in English and proficiency in CRM software and sales tools.
  • You should also have the ability to negotiate complex terms and conditions, close agreements, and analyze market data to inform strategies and decisions.
  • A strong organizational skillset, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines, is also required.
