As the Key holder, you play a crucial role in building great customer experiences that drive store sales and deliver an inspiring and inviting atmosphere. You'll support in delivering exceptional service and operational excellence. Through your team, you'll craft a shopping journey that's genuine, personalized and always welcoming.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver customers a high level of service through styling advice, product knowledge and store experience
  • Open and close the store and collaborate with other members of the management team when required
  • Analyse selling information and work with the store management team to maximize sales performance
  • Lead a team of sales assistants to achieve excellent standards of service
  • Oversee store operations
  • Serve as a brand ambassador and provide the best experience for our customers

Required Skills and Qualifications:

You possess knowledge of what makes a great customer experience. Prior retail or customer-facing experience is beneficial. Proficiency in Norwegian and English is necessary.

You thrive in creating a positive work environment and leading a team. Results-focused and able to multitask are essential skills. Enjoy developing yourself and others.

Behaviour:

You contribute to building a well-functioning team and value diverse perspectives. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends/customer needs/competitor activity and suggest ideas on how to optimize selling and the customer experience. Provide constructive feedback to help others grow. Past Achievements:

Experience in store operation including store opening and closing routines, processing deliveries. Proven ability to coach and motivate teams.

This is a permanent part-time position requiring 20 hours of work per week. Please submit your CV in English for consideration.
