**Job Description**

As a Senior Purchaser at Beijer Ref, you will lead both strategic and operational procurement activities. You will work closely with suppliers, management, and warehouse teams to optimize procurement processes. Your role includes overseeing demand planning to ensure efficient supply chain operations and driving process improvements.

You will also lead and support a team of two, fostering collaboration and efficiency within the department. The position reports directly to the Supply Chain Manager.

  • Lead and manage procurement activities to ensure efficient and cost-effective sourcing.
  • Oversee demand planning to optimize inventory levels and supply chain efficiency.
  • Collaborate closely with management, warehouse staff, and key stakeholders, including suppliers.
  • Lead and support a team of two, creating a positive and high-performing work environment.
  • Drive process improvements and enhance supplier relationships.
