Job Summary
We're looking for an experienced Senior Piping Stress & Design Engineer to join our team for one of our customers based in Bergen. This is a fantastic opportunity to work on EPC projects and studies, collaborating with cross-functional teams to achieve project goals.
Main Responsibilities
Pipe stress analyses and piping system designPreparation of specifications for procurement of static mechanical packagesInteraction with other disciplines, suppliers, and clientsSite inspections on oil and gas installations, both onshore and offshoreRequirements
To be successful in this role, you'll need:
- MSc or BSc in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent
- Experience from oil and gas project work is highly desirable
- Strong knowledge of 3D modeling (Aveva E3D / AutoCAD Plant 3D)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English, both written and spoken
