PTW Coordinator

We are seeking a highly skilled PTW Coordinator to join our team at Dovre Group, Inc. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring the smooth coordination of all works to be carried out, ensuring compliance with governing documentation, and providing quality checks on permits and supporting documents.

• Coordinate and manage all work permits, ensuring timely issuance and activation.
• Ensure compliance with company governing documentation, including PTW procedures and requirements.
• Conduct quality checks on permits, supporting documents, and certificates prior to issue.
• Assist in operating the permit office, maintaining the permit display board, and reflecting the status of all MP permit work and isolations.
• Participate in monitoring, auditing, and assurance activities to ensure a consistent and compliant HSE culture.
• Collaborate with the project completion team and experience transfer from/to other relevant projects.

• University degree or equivalent.
• Result and safety-oriented individual with experience from oil and gas projects.
• Extensive knowledge of company governing documentation.
• Well-developed teambuilding, co-operational, and communication abilities.
• Ability to handle responsibility and high workloads.
